Cancellation policy
It applies to every experience, with or without the van transfer. Times are counted from your booked time: arrival at the table, or the start of the Cooking Class.

Up to 24 hours before
Full refund
Cancellation is free: we refund the whole amount.
Less than 24 hours before
50% refund
We keep 50% of the amount.
Cooking Class
Up to 48 hours before
Full refund
Cancellation is free: we refund the whole amount.
Less than 48 hours before
50% refund
We keep 50% of the amount.
To cancel, open “Manage booking” from your confirmation email, or call us on 393 095 5984 and give us your booking code.
